Salsa Tranquilla
Salsa Tranquilla. Bursting with flavor and easy to make!
Prep Time: 1 hr 15 min ~ Cook Time: 0 min ~ Servings: 4-6 |
Ingredients:
- 5 mediums Tomatoes
- 1 cup Cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 small Yellow Onion, chopped
- 2 wholes Datil Peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 medium Lime, juiced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano, dried
- 1 tablespoon Salt

Instructions:
- Add all of the ingredients into a food processor, and pulse until you reach your desired consistency.
- Place the salsa in a bowl, cover and pop it in the fridge to set for an hour before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
