Old Fashioned
The Old Fashioned. Bourbon with the flavor of Orange..a Cove favorite!
Prep Time: 5 min ~ Cook Time: 0 min ~ Servings: 1

Ingredients:
- 1 whole Demerara Sugar Cube
- 3 dashs Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash of Orange Bitters
- 1/4 ounces Cold Water
- 2 ounces Bourbon ( Makers Mark/Bulleit )
- 1 fresh Orange Peel Twist

Instructions:
- In an old-fashioned glass, combine sugar cubes and bitters.
- Add a splash of water and muddle it into a paste.
- Add bourbon and stir well before ice is added.
- Add ice, then stir about a dozen times.
- Squeeze orange peel over the glass to extract oils, and rub the peel over the rim of the glass.
- Twist peel and add as a garnish. Serve
