Sangrita
Sangrita is a spicy yet fruity cocktail that is a traditional companion to our favorite Tequila
Prep Time: 30 min ~ Cook Time: 0 min ~ Servings: 6

Ingredients:
- 6 ounces Tomato Juice
- 5 ounces of Orange Juice
- 2 1/4 ounces Lime Juice ( about 1 1/2 Large limes )
- 1 dash of Agave Nectar
- 1 teaspoon Crystal Hot Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 medium Datil Pepper, dried, finely chopped
- 1 pinch of Black Pepper, freshly ground
- 1/4 tablespoon Smoked Spanish Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Datil Pepper Salt
- 2 teaspoons Spanish Onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
- 2 pinches Cumin, ground
- 1 tablespoon Juice from Pico de Gallo

Instructions:
- Combine the tomato juice, orange juice, lime juice, agave, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion, chile, and pepper. Stir to combine, cover and refrigerate.
- On a shallow plate, combine the smoked paprika and salt. Moisten the rim of the glass with a lime wedge, and dip it into the paprika-salt mixture. Put ice into a glass, pour the mixture over and garnish with a lime slice.
- Serve with Tequila
