Marinated Mushrooms
Marinated Mushrooms. Quick, easy, flavorful, delicious, served hot or cold!
Prep Time: 10 min ~ Cook Time: 5 min ~ Servings: 4-6 |
Ingredients:
- 16 ounces White or Brown Button style Mushrooms
- 1 large Shallot, sliced lengthwise
- 6 tablespoons Olive Oils
- 10 leafs Tarragon, fresh
- 1 teaspoon Marjoram, dried
- 4 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions:
- Add Olive oil to a medium-hot skillet
- Add mushrooms to oil, coat, and add salt and pepper. Keep mushrooms stirred
- Pour Red Wine Vinegar around the outside of the mushrooms and allow them to evaporate a little
- Add olive oil and Worcestershire Sauce, bring to a low boil and move around the skillet, transfer to a bowl to marinate
- Add tarragon and or Marjoram, let cool, or eat warm
