Marinated Mushrooms

Marinated Mushrooms. Quick, easy, flavorful, delicious, served hot or cold!

Prep Time:  10 min  ~  Cook Time: 5 min  ~  Servings: 4-6


  • 16 ounces White or Brown Button style Mushrooms
  • large Shallot, sliced lengthwise
  • tablespoons Olive Oils
  • 10 leafs Tarragon, fresh
  • teaspoon Marjoram, dried
  • tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground


  • Add Olive oil to a medium-hot skillet
  • Add mushrooms to oil, coat, and add salt and pepper. Keep mushrooms stirred
  • Pour Red Wine Vinegar around the outside of the mushrooms and allow them to evaporate a little
  • Add olive oil and Worcestershire Sauce, bring to a low boil and move around the skillet, transfer to a bowl to marinate
  • Add tarragon and or Marjoram, let cool, or eat warm
