Red Pepper Aioli
Red Pepper Aioli. A nice, flavorful Aioli that goes with a number of dishes!
Prep Time: 25 min ~ Cook Time: 5 min ~ Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Roasted Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Thyme, Dried
- 1/2 cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
- 4 drops of Crystal Hot Sauce
- 1 dash Curry Powder
- 1 dash Paprika

Instructions:
- Finely chop the garlic in the food processor.
- Add the peppers and blend until almost smooth. Blend in the mayonnaise. With the machine running, blend in the oil.
- Season the aioli, to taste, with salt and pepper. Transfer the aioli to a small bowl. (The aioli can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
- Spread the aioli over the toasts and serve.
