Heart of Palm
Heart of Palm. A delicious, refreshing salad with a lot of flavors!
Prep Time: 15 min ~ Cook Time: 0 min ~ Servings: 6-8 |
Ingredients:
- 20 ounces Chery Tomatoes, halved
- 56 ounces Hearts of Palm, drained and sliced 1/2″
- 1/2 large Red Onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup Garlic Oregano Infused Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Red Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions:
- Combine tomatoes, hearts of palm, red onion, and Cilantro in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the Garlic Oregano oil, vinegar, Lime Juice, and salt and pepper.
- Pour vinaigrette over the tomato mixture and gently mix.
- Add more salt and pepper to taste. Serve at room temperature.
