Greek Salad
Greek Salad. A delicious, colorful salad accentuated by the saltiness of Olives and Feta. There isn’t lettuce in a traditional Greek Salad, how a crisp head of Romaine is always a nice addition!
Prep Time: 20 min ~ Cook Time: 0 min ~ Servings: 4 |
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes, whole or halved
- 1 fresh Cucumber, seeded and sliced
- 1/2 medium Red Onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce, torn in pieces
- 1 tablespoon Oregano, dried
- 4 leafs Basil, chiffonade
- 1/2 cup Garlic Oregano Infused Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Montreal Seasoning

Instructions:
- Whisk together Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Garlic, Montreal Seasoning, and Dried Oregano
- Pour the vinaigrette over the tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and cucumbers, then add Feta and Olives and toss lightly
- Top with a Basil Chiffonade, and serve immediately.
