Greek Salad

Greek Salad. A delicious, colorful salad accentuated by the saltiness of Olives and Feta.  There isn’t lettuce in a traditional Greek Salad, how a crisp head of Romaine is always a nice addition!

Prep Time:  20 min  ~  Cook Time: 0 min  ~  Servings: 4


  • 1/2 pound Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • pint Cherry Tomatoes, whole or halved
  • fresh Cucumber, seeded and sliced
  • 1/2 medium Red Onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted
  • head Romaine Lettuce, torn in pieces
  • tablespoon Oregano, dried
  • leafs Basil, chiffonade
  • 1/2 cup Garlic Oregano Infused Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • cloves Garlic, minced
  • tablespoon Montreal Seasoning


  • Whisk together Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Garlic, Montreal Seasoning, and Dried Oregano
  • Pour the vinaigrette over the tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and cucumbers, then add Feta and Olives and toss lightly
  • Top with a Basil Chiffonade, and serve immediately.
