Tequila Reposado
Tequila Reposado, my go-to spirit at The Cove…If something ails you, try Tequila…it will either cure the sickness or you will just simply wind up forgetting what it was that was bothering you in the first place…be sure it’s 100% Agave or you may have a hangover too add to your discomfort!

Ingredients:
- 2 ounces 100% Agave Tequila

Instructions:
- Pour Tequila into your favorite shot glass and sip straight up, or enjoy with a shot glass of Sangrita ( see recipe ). I enjoy my Tequila at room temperature for maximum flavor, accompanied by a chilled shot of Sangrita ( not to be confused with Sangria ). 100% Agave is always our choice. We enjoy the middle range priced Tequilas…1800 Reposado, Milagro Reposado, El Jimador Reposado, and on special occasions Patron. The days of Cuervo Gold ( 51% Agave, sugar, and coloring ) are over. If you are inclined, salt and lime are the American traditions to serve with Tequila.
