A Cove Cuisine Appetizer
Olive Tapenade, a piquant specialty of Provence, France, features classic mixed ingredients from the region…olives, capers, and anchovies…enjoy!
Prep Time: 30 min ~ Cook Time: 5 min ~ Servings: 4-6
- 1/2 pound Mixed Olives, pitted
- 2 fresh Anchovies filets
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Capers
- 2 fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Oregano Infused Olive Oil
- Thoroughly rinse the olives in cool water. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Process to combine, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl, until the mixture becomes a coarse paste, approximately 1 to 2 minutes total. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
