Crab-Cakes Crab Cakes

Packed with a lot of flavor and light on the filling!

Prep Time: 30 min  ~  Cook Time: 8 min  ~  Servings: 4-6


  • pound Crab Meat, picked free of shells
  • 1/3 cup Ritz Crackers, crushed
  • mediums Green Onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Dukes Mayonaise
  • medium Farm Fresh Egg
  • tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • tablespoon Fresh Tarragon Leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch Fresh Chives, finely chopped
  • teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 medium Lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • teaspoon Koshar Salt
  • pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • handful Flour
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Oil
  • tablespoons Unsalted Butter


  • In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, except for the flour and peanut oil. Shape into patties and dust with flour.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot, carefully place crab cakes, in batches, in a pan and fry until browned, about 4 to 5 minutes. Carefully flip crab cakes and fry on the other side until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Serve warm with the preferred sauce before serving
